AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Our orders are shipped via Australia Post. Australian orders $100 and above receive complimentary free standard shipping.

Australian orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping & $15 for express shipping.

Because we make to order, orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Once an item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking information.

If you have not received your package within 7 business days of receiving your tracking information please contact us via email with your full name and order details and we will look into your delivery immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our international orders are shipped via Australia post, at a flat rate of $20AU.

Because we make to order, orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Once an item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking information. Once an item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking information. International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 7-10 business days, depending upon your location. Please also allow for customs clearance for international destinations, this can incur delays which are beyond our control.

There may also be extra duties and fees charged by customs when the package enters your country so please contact your local customs officer for more information. These charges are not Eyes like Wildflowers responsibility and the customer will be responsible for any fees.

RETURNS

All our pieces are made to order so all sales are final. However we do offer exchanges.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery at your own expense. Items may only be returned with a valid proof of purchase and must be unworn and with original packaging. Exchanges can be made with other in stock items or a credit note of the same value.

If you would like to return an item please contact Charlie at hello@eyeslikewildflowers.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your full name and proof of purchase when emailing.

Please ensure your item/s are securely packaged as Eyes like Wildflowers does not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
